Cait's Oz Blogs: "Magouirk Judge Is Pro-Life"

BlogsForTerri blogger Katrina at Cait's Oz Blogs writes that Judge Boyd, the judge in Mae Magouirk's case, says that he is pro-life. In a telephone call Judge Boyd told Katrina, "My personal opinion is that I am pro-life."

Those are the words of Judge Donald Boyd whose Georgia court was at the centre of the fight over the life of 80 year old Mae Magouirk.

Katrina spoke by phone to Judge Boyd today at his home in La Grange, Georgia, and he was anxious to make his pro-life views known particularly after the death of Terri Schiavo which he says he found very disturbing.
