URGENT ACTION TO CONTACT: As part of the House adjournment resolution, congress must agree to the Senate's HABEAS CORPUS bill to save Terri.

Topics:

From a reliable source:

The House (Federal) has left for the night, but they have not adjourned for recess, as was originally thought. There must be a resolution tomorrow morning, first thing to adjourn.

House leaders, listed below, can make a condition of adjournment the
approval of the Incapacitated Persons Legal Protection Act (Habeas Corpus) a requirement.

We know as little about these things as anyone possibly could, but we've been directed to ask you that you please flood the following with emails, phone calls or faxes to insist on these conditions prior to the House adjournment.

Remember, both chambers have already approved, in some form, the
Incapacitated Persons Legal Protection Act. This is a very small step for them to finalize the measure before they recess and there is no time left for our representatives to squander. Please make contact and encourage others to.

Unfortunately, I don't think that's the case: http://clerk.house.gov/floorsummary/floor.html

"The House adjourned. The next meeting is scheduled for 2:00 p.m. on March 21, 2005"

It appears that poor Terri may have to go hungry and thirsty over the weekend before this can be solved. What a damn shame.

It is 9:35 EST and Tom Delay's voice mail box will not allow messages because it is full..keep up the good work and flood more emails, maybe they will even empty out the voicemail box and we can flood it some more through the night.

God bless Terri and her parents.

A few years ago, an Alabama state senator held up a bill to strenthen the state's animal cruelty statute. When emails came pouring into the chamber of commerce in his district with plans to boycott Gulf Shores for vacations, that senator dropped his opposition. A boycott of Florida vacations and products might convince the Florida state legislature to act.

Use Congressman Tom deLay's Majority Leader contact page at http://www.majorityleader.gov/CONTACT.ASP?a=form

The other is for constituents in his District in Texas.
