The Terri Schiavo Case: Schindler Attorney Says Judge Erred, Death Order Void

Did Michael Schiavo use the money that was supposed to be used to rehabilitate her to instead cause her death?

While the attorneys for the parents of Terri Schiavo were filing a new motion Wednesday seeking to void the 2000 death order issued by Sixth Circuit Court Judge George Greer because critical evidence was discounted by Greer, the secretary of the state's Department of Children and Families (DCF) indicated that the agency may use the services of a forensic accountant to investigate alleged financial exploitation in the case.
