Terri info: Terri speaks

Topics: News

According to Sherri's sources "Terri Schiavo speaks!"
When the Federal Marshal appeared at the hospice to serve subpoenas, they were accompanied by local police. In serving Terri, she was asked twice, "Do you want to live?" Twice, she responded, "Yes".

Ironically, the policemen outside the hospice reported that she had said, "No". Is there a coverup? Does she speak? There is more to follow.

Sherri called me while intransit to Florida on I-75, begging me to put this up, now.

Ironically, if she answered "Yes" or "No" she still answered--thus negating her "PVS" diagnosis and judge greer's assertion that she wasn't cognizant.....

I don't think we should impeach judge greer any longer. I think he should get the DEATH Penalty for his pre-meditated MURDER of an innocent woman.

Please do not play around by saying you would want the state to KILL Judge Greer. Instead let us argue for life. Life for the disabled. Life for the misguided. Life for judges who should be removed.

As I said in another comment, Judge Greer's irrational decision today has convinced me that this is his desperate attempt at covering up a bigger scandel--collusion among officials across all three branches in Florida. Terri Schiavo is just the tip of that iceberg. There is big money involved. On March 13, The Empire Journal published an article titled "Schiavogate ... The Big Cover Up". (Please particularly pay attention to the last section "Clerk Required to Do Annual Review".) After publishing that article, the web site was hacked. That article, along with other Schiavo articles, was removed. The hackers are still trying to shut down that web site (www.theempirejournal.com). Many articles there must have hit a major nerve of a vast corruption.

This is an absurd posting. If she could speak, this entire episode would be moot.

Stick to the facts and to the argument for LIFE, which is a winnable argument, if not for Terri, then for others. There is no need to make up paranoid fantasies extremist gun-toting nuts can use to take the law into their own hands.

You should be ashamed to have posted this inflamatory and apocryphal story.

Terri's feeding tube being removed is a horrendous act of murder by Judge Greer and Michael Schiavo. You reap what you sow. May they both reap a life full of sorrow and woe and may God hide His face and shut His ears to their cries of mercy when their fate is fulfilled. People beware of this inhumane ruling and disregard for human life. Woe to the country where this is allowed to take place. Euthanasia is murder, and God cannot bless those who show utter contempt for His laws. He is the only true Judge. Wake up! Wake up!

I'm just wondering about something. Now I realize that Michael Schiavo never had a wedding ceremony with his fiance, Jodie Centonze, but if she is his common-law-wife that seems odd. Isn't that the same as having 2 wives. If so how could he be considered Terri's gaurdian any longer? Isn't it illegal to have 2 wives? Maybe, it doesn't matter, but has the family looked into that avenue as a way to stop what's going on now? As a way to stop Michael from having so much of a say in his 1st wifes life. Just wondering. It seems like Michael could have a conflict of interest here.

Posted by: Karla at March 18, 2005 4:05 PM

Michael's "common-law wife" is his co-conspirator in the coverup (and may have been an accomplice in his murder. Bigamy is certainly a lesser crime (but just as immoral)

For future reference... (I pray this option never need to be used)

Michael Schiavo intends to cremate Terri immediately upon her death. Please see http://www.co.pinellas.fl.us/forensics/policy/policystatement.htm#CA . The Medical Examiner must approve all such requests. If Terri is killed by Michael and "Judge" [and Jury] Greer, then everyone must contact the Medical Examiner and demand an autopsy to discover not only the immediate cause of death, but the proximate cause of death.

Even Forensic Pathologist Michael Baden publicly stated that he believes that her original injuries were consitent with strangulation.

The Medical Examiner can (and should) be subject to adverse license action by the Medical Board should he fail to exercise appropriate judgement in accordance with the state medical practice act. If Terri dies, we must all contact him immediately and demand justice for Terri. If a crime was committed, then several people need to go to jail including those who conspired to kill her (and cover it up)... Michael Schiavo, his live-in girlfriend, "Judge" Greer, the hospice staff, the physicians and those politicians and judges who failed to act on her behalf.

Wow, I am suprised by some of the things I have seen written on this site. One guy even issued a blog saying there is a report of Terri speaking and saying yes to a question if she would like to live. It is easy to see the lies that continue to protect someones views and not Terri's life. First of all we are not doctors or specialists in vegitative states of the brain, and we are in no position to assume things and make up stories to support an agenda. When Terri married she took an oath just like her husband to protect, and serve one another in times of need. Terri's husband has the right to make decisions about Terri's life, as she would in his case. This case hasn't become about saving Terri, but an agenda that has involved judges, federal government, and lawyers. The senate, house, and president don't have any right to impose there views on Americans lives, that is what freedom is.

This Terri case is sad, and should remind all those to put a will in writing. The parents of Terri claim 33 doctors support the view Terri can get better, but that argument is irrelevant because I could find 33 doctors to refute those claims. I do feel the parents should have a greater involvment in those kind of situations and maybe we should be looking into that, after all it is there daughter.

This case is like swimming in muddy water, you don't know up from down, but one thing is true and that is the feeding tube has been pulled and even if it wasn't 16 years have gone by and she has never got better.

Good pro-life attitude, cz. I supposed you try to shoot abortionists and pro-choice people for grins, too. It's people like you that make me want to buy guns to protect myself and my family.

Here are a few things that are amazing to me:

1. How anyone with a brain can consider food and water "Life Support" If it is, we are all on Life Support.

2. Why judge greer needs security guards to protect his life when he has clearly demonstrated that he has no respect for life or the constitution.

3. How michael shiavo has managed to go from being an unemployed, abusive, spermless husband to driving Mercedes, living with a mistress, fathering two children, and still claim to love his "wife". Oh yeah--you can buy a lot with $1.7M; including judge greer.

4. How any left wing liberal can oppose the death penalty, support the rights of terrorists, and believe that death by starvation is "painless" and acceptable.

5. Now that the courts have ruled that the imperfect must die--who will be next on their agenda?

6. Jack Kovorkian deserves an apology.

7. How many of the people who support michael will support him when jodi ends up in a "PVS"

I still support the DEATH Penalty for judge greer and michael shiavo and george feeless. But only after Terri goes to her Maker so they can look UP at her from down under.

Posted by: Tress at March 18, 2005 7:06 PM

The facts in this case are clear.

1) Terri is NOT in a PVS. She is of course severely handicaped, but has clearly shown that she is AWARE of her surroundings and family members!

2) Her husband is guilty of obvious and blatant ADULTURY and BIGOMY (by common law). In any court a health husband or wife should *never* be able to make life or death decisions (or any decision of any kind for that matter) about a spouse when he or she is in the middle of an adulturous affair!

(By the way, what are the legal consequences of Audultury and Bigomy in Florida?)

3) Related to the second point, I believe Terri is aware and mentally function to some degree far beyond that of a total persistant vegetative state. It is obvious in the images and clips that have been posted. Now, if she knows (lets assume there is a chance she does not realize it) her husband has commited adultury with another woman probably thousands of times now on countless occasions (for goodness sakes he lives with another woman) and has even fathered children from another woman wound'nt *any* sane woman have filed for divorce!

For goodness sakes, she is CATHOLIC and according to her religion adultury is WRONG and is the ONLY SIN a spouse can commit that will allow for a divorce!

If she had *never* had the so called "accident" don't you think she would have divorced this adulturer?

If so, he would have NO LEGAL RIGHTS over her! Period!

---

There are many other points to be made about how her so called adulturous "husband" (I shudder to think of calling a person that has commited adultury so many times against a person that name) has misused funds, denied physical therapy, denied spoon feeding, and potentially even could possibly be responsible for her "accident".

But to get down to it...

She's not PVS.

Her "husband" is a blatant adulturer and living with another woman (has fathered kids by her proving that such a relationship is not simply platonic). Therefore legally he should have no rights over her.

She is a catholic and if the "accident" had never happened would have obviously refused to stay married to this "thing" while he was commiting adultury with another woman. She would have divorced him and he would have no rights!

The whole idea that he can have any rights over Terri is a FARCE! A total FARCE!

But unlike this certain person, all we can do is peacefully and legally protest within the limits of the law and pray for Terri and her parents.

Again, how can an adulturer (obvious and blatant with children) have any rights over a spouse in decision making about her life????

If I was in Terri's position and my wife was living with another man I would not want to die not only because I would want to re-build a new life for myself, but to expose her adultury for all to see infront of the world media!

I hope one day Terri becomes able to speak, tells the world the cause of her accident, and asks this "thing" they call her husband on Larry King Live how he could morally fornicate with another woman while she was still alive and hand him the divorce papers on national TV!

Marriage is sacred. Terri would agree, and hopefully one day will agree.

What about this Jodie? How can she kiss that mouth? And isn't it more than a little suspicious that Michael Schiavo has had not one, but now three, persons close to him dehydrated and starved? He said on tv that he had already done this to his parents. I am not a statistician, but those seem like awfully strange odds for one person to be in that unique position 3 times.....hmmm.

Posted by: suspiciousnature at March 19, 2005 2:30 AM

Now we have Ms. Schiavo talking. Unbelieveable what people will go through to satisfy their egos.
There have been six courts and nineteen judges involved in this case as of a couple of years ago. Lord knows how many doctors. This has been going on for fifteen years. It is far past time to pull the plug and let her die with dignity.

It also points out why people should have a living will in writing.

Posted by: T. at March 19, 2005 5:01 PM

Are there laws against bigamy in Florida? If so, isn’t Michael Schiavo committing bigamy by continuing to be married to Terri and having a common law wife and children?

How can the courts allowed someone who is in the process of committing a crime continue to be the guardian of Terri and make the decision he has made?

How can this be legal what their doing to terri!Didn't they put DR.kavorkian in jail for the same thing? Not only did he do the same thing, but at least he had the patients permission! He also didn't make them suffer for days without food or water! Maybe this is where these judges should be behind bars! They don't even put animals down like this! It's not only murder but it is also cruel and inhuman!
