Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus Filed

Topics: Legal affairs

A petition for an emergency stay and a petition for a Writ of Habeas Corpus was filed today in the Federal Courts on Terri's behalf. If approved, this would provide Terri with a review of her case in federal court with her own attorney (rather than her husband's) to represent her. You can read the document online here. It is a long document, but very interesting, as it contains a summary history of court actions on Terri's case so far.

My heart goes out to Terri 's family this is such a creul fate for Terri. So much unfairness this woman deserves to live there is no call for this inhunane treatment. Her husband needs to be procuted for the fraud this man has committed he doent care about her he has no right to make her decisions that money should not be in his hands he sued for her care and doent even give her the care she needs this is medical fraud in my book. Those judges are heartless and cruel to not look at all the evidence nurses have testifyed to how bad he has treated her and yet he still makes the desision for her to die he has a common law wife on the side there is no way this man has her best interests at heart.
