Huge list of email addresses

Topics: Contacts

FYI: Long list of email addresses (mostly Florida state legislators--not federal legislators) in the extended part of this entry--cut and paste the list or a selection of them into your email messages if you want to.

Note: AOL users might get their accounts suspended if sending a message to more than 20 at a time (or so I've been told).

THANK YOU, Frankie! I'm going to add that to the post right now!

Posted by: Beth at March 20, 2005 9:01 PM

I'm not sure how effective emailing is...but if we were going to do it why not put all of these addresses in a yahoo or google group? That way you could email everyone without typing all those addresses in.

I don't understand why the media is not making public the fact that not only is Terri receiving no food but she is also receiving no water and will die from dehyrdration before actually starving. And she is receiving no water or ice chips because her husband ordered this. Why are the REAL facts concerning her husband not being told to the public? Where is responsible journalism??? I have emailed all media involved to ask this question. Please do the same. The truth must be told.

Two Florida reps are full of Baloney. Both are democrats. Both don't know their own state laws I guess (the Judge being illegal & the adultery).

*shakes head*

Our country is doomed.

The 4 hurricanes were a warning.

Wexler's fax machine is busy. Hmm...
I've got faxes to Wasserman-Schultz, Harman, and Waxman in the queue, too.

Posted by: Mary in LA at March 20, 2005 9:44 PM

I seriously doubt they will prevail. They really know better than to play the "states' rights" nonsense rather than recognize the constitutional rights of disabled Americans is more important.

They need to knock it off. And I say this as a liberal Democrat.

From what I understand the heart if the issue is who should be allowed to decide for Terri. Who should be her guardian? So much has been said about terri's wishes. Well what about her wishes in regard to her guardian. Does anyone believe for one second that if Terri could choose she would choose this man. This man who has been living with another woman for more than ten years. I don't think so. I KNOW that if Terri suddenly recovered completely she would kick Michael Schaivo out on his greedy little ass.

Posted by: cheryl at March 20, 2005 9:52 PM

My other three faxes got through, but Wexler's is still busy. Hope he didn't take it off the hook! I'll double-check the number, but I got it right off his Web site, so it should be accurate.

Faxing might be the way to go at this point, as opposed to e-mail. If you have an Internet connection but no fax machine, you might try http://www.savetz.com/fax/ for a list of services that allow you to e-mail to a fax number. Some are commercial, some are free. (Disclaimer: I have no personal experience with any of these services -- I just did a Google search to find a list. Hope it helps!)

Please go into www.aclj.org to sign the petition to save Terri Schiavo if you haven't already done so. And above all, continue to pray. I believe Michael Schiavo probably tried to harm Terri. He is just too pushy about killing her. Let's call this what it is. Starving her to death is murder by omission. I'm in shock and disbelief that our courts would allow this to happen and I will never vote for a democrat. My moral issues are much to important to me. This starvation murder is just sugarcoated to blindside people. Well it's not fooling most of us. I agree with the previous post, this country's in trouble and the hurricanes were indeed a warning. God help us all. I have been petitioning every senator, the President of the United States, Governor Jeb Bush, and countless Bishops and clergy across the country. I don't know what else to do except pray that by some miracle Terri's tube gets reinserted tomorrow and the parents get guardianship before it's too late.

do you people pray this hard and work this hard when state sponsored murder takes place inside prison walls?

Just out of curiosity - what do you think would be the opinion of Jesus Christ when it comes to execution? Would he say, let him fry?

Posted by: Joey at March 21, 2005 12:46 AM

In response to Mary Ann's post on 3/20, YOU GO GIRL! I feel the exact same way! I am glad there are compassionate people out there that understand what really is going on. I too feel that Michael might have hurt Terri that fateful night she collapsed. He himself said in his interview with Larry King that he heard her because "he was up at 4:30 AM but didn't even remember why." Now if I am up at 4:30 AM, I usually know why! He is hiding something, and it will eventually be revealed, if not in THIS lifetime, ONE DAY WE'LL KNOW!

In response to JOEY'S post on 3/20, we Christians DO pray when executions take place in prison walls. But ultimately, Jesus Christ makes the decision what will take place inside those prison walls, and HE is the one who knows whether or not that inmate deserves death. HOWEVER, if you think a condemned murderer should be allowed to live, I wonder if YOU would be willing to finance his care for the rest of his natural life if he were pardoned???

As far as I now, Terri Schiavo has not killed or raped anyone during her lifetime. The only "crime" she may have committed was maybe marrying a heartless, cold, uncaring man. How could anyone say she DESERVES to die? A murderer or sadistic rapist derseves nothing more! And as far aw whether Jesus Christ would let someone FRY, those people who don't have a relationship with Him will find that out soon enough! I hope you come to see the light before then. I'll be praying for you too, Joey.
