This is long overdue.
The supreme court ruling was actually a blessing in diguise.
It was not ruled on.
They did not even what to hear it.
THE CASE MERELY GOT DROPPED BACK INTO JUDGE'S GREER'S LAP AND GOVENOR BUSH'S LAP.
THERE ARE THREE SEPERATE AGENCIES IN GOVERMENT. THE JUDICIARY THE LEGISLATURE AND THE ENFORCEMENT BRANCH.
JEB BUSH IS MERELY EXCERISING EXECUTIVE PRIVILEGE.
THE GOVENOR IS NOT BOND BY JUDGE GREER'S ILLEGAL JUDICIAL DECISIONS.
THE DCF WILL TAKE TERRI SCHIAVO INTO PROTECTIVE CUSTODY.
