« Rep. Weldon on DaySide with Linda Vester | Main | DCF Won't Rule Out Protective Custody » March 10, 2005As Judge Greer Defies Reason And Humanity, DCF Tells Schiavo Judge He Can’t Impede InvestigationTopics: Legal affairsGreer has denied the motion for new medical testing, the motion to reconsider his error in the testimony regarding Karen Quinlan and has ordered that Terri cannot be given food and water orally after tube removal. How do you deny a living human being food or water? How can a rational human being believe for a moment that Judge George Greer doesn''t have an agenda of support for euthanasia and the hospice industry? Have you ever heard of such impartiality in a sitting judge with such obvious bias against life? It is the Judge George Greers of the world, and men like George Felos' and Michael Schiavo, that make me believe that as whacko as it makes me sound, yes Virginia, there is a very dark side in this world. And, these people and people like them must be stopped. Furthermore, ignorance of Terri Schiavo's real condition on the part of the naysaying "right-to-die" enthusiasts and well-meaning idiots that continue to believe that she is better off dead than living on fantasy 'machines' and fantasy "extraordinary medical support, neither of which have anything to do with the reality of Terri Schiavo's plight, is no longer a valid excuse; and they are just as guilty as the dark threesome of Greer, Felos, and Michael Schiavo for the murder, if Terri does indeed die from forced starvation and dehydration, of an innocent disabled woman. I can only assume that all disabled people like me, are next! Add to this group, all of you worthless and unproductive "old" people and anyone with alzheimers' disease or depression or anything else that makes you "unfit" to live. Thank God there is the DCF and also thousands of "err-on-the-side-of- life" supporters fighting to save not only Terri Schiavo, but also our culture of life. Don't doubt for one minute that this isn't a fight for light verses darkness, for if innocent lives can't be protected in our society, and we are already butchering unwanted children into little pieces and calling it a medical procedure, where are we headed next? An American Groningen protocal or Wannsee conference? Is this our "final solution?" - From the Empire Journal Posted by richard at March 10, 2005 12:19 PM Articles Related to Legal affairs:

This is the same judge that said in a March 6 puff-piece in the St Pete Times: "What's so exasperating is that my faith is based on forgiveness because that's what God did," Greer said. "When I see people in my faith being extremely judgmental, it's very disconcerting." But he follows the law, he said. "There are no Ten Commandments out there," he said, pointing to his outer office. "My oath is to follow the law, and if I can't follow the law, I need to step down," he said." http://www.sptimes.com/2005/03/06/Tampabay/Quiet_judge_persists_.shtml Apparently he does not understand nor follow the law, neither the letter of it nor the spirit of it, since he has blatantly repeatedly ignored the parts of it that don't fit into his death-promoting agenda. As a judge, he is an utter abomination. Neither does he comprehend the most basic essence of what it means to be a Christian. While he desires forgiveness 'because that's what God did' he forgets that forgiveness from God comes with the personal willingness to forgive. He desires mercy, without the willingness to extend mercy and hides himself behind his crooked interpretation of the law minus the '10 Commandments'. More of a Pontius Pilot than a Christian. Posted by: shana at March 10, 2005 1:35 PM Amen to that. I find it hard to believe that he is permitted to rule on a previous mistake he made (Karen Ann Quinlan remark). Why isn't a non-biased judge brought in to rule on this? Posted by: I hope. at March 10, 2005 1:39 PM |

The money has been spent. Terri can not be allowed to ever recover and testify to what really happened to her. That is how it looks, and every thing these people do reinforces that.
