« President Bush urged to intervene in Terri Schiavo Case | Main | Terri Schiavo Deserves the Same Rights as Ted Bundy » March 10, 2005A Voice to Speak for OthersTopics: GeneralKate Adamson, who was considered to be too brain-damaged to survive as anything but a "vegetable" after her double brainstem stroke, is alive and well, thank you, and on her way to Florida to speak out on behalf of Terri Schiavo. Read about Kate's story at Wittenberg Gate: Even when surrounded by caregivers, family and friends, she felt totally alone, locked outside the world in which others dwelled, silently looking in. Kate knew that somehow she had to find a way to let someone know she was there. She had to unlock the door and rejoin the rest of the world. In her silence, she prayed for a miracle from the only One who could still hear her voice. Kate says she was frustrated and angry at times, but now understands what God was doing. "He has given me a voice to speak for others who cannot speak for themselves." Posted by dory at March 10, 2005 8:07 PM Articles Related to General:
