« Standing Firm, Making a Difference | Main | Mainstream Media still gets it WRONG » February 20, 2005Gov. Bush Mandated By Statute To Remove Schiavo JudgeTopics: Legal affairsWhat do controversial University of Colorado Ward Churchill and Florida’s Sixth Judicial Circuit Court judge George W. Greer have in common? Neither one legally hold the office that they claim because they failed to properly take and file their oath of office. According to public records, George W. Greer, the judge at the center of Terri Schindler-Schiavo saga, not only failed to timely file the proper candidate and loyalty oaths in the proper form, he allegedly violated Florida statutes and failed to qualify for office and therefore, his name could not legally appear on the Florida ballot in 1998 and 2004 when he claims he was elected.

If this is indeed true, then Gov. Bush should immediately remove him from office and hand over this case to another judicial authority. This could be the breakthrough that saves Terri's life!
