Call for Petitions

Topics: General

I know several organizations are working petition drives on behalf of Terri Schiavo. If you can send the URL of those petitions in the comments, so we can create a clearinghouse (and know who is doing them), I would appreciate it.

Thanks.

I have two petitions that I've signed. You can find the links to them here: http://powersthatblog.blogspot.com/2005/02/petition-to-president.html
These petitions don't originate with me, and I know there are more out there. It's a great idea to get them all together.
Congratulations on meeting your pledge goal!

Is John Ascroft still the attn. general? When does Alberto Gonzales start as attn. general?

Richard;

Here's the one I put up after I talked to you the other day. It's to petition the President to intervene for Terri.

When you get a chance could you post the latest count of blogs on the team? It seems to be growing--to many to want to count by hand anymore LOL

262 signatures on the petition for the President as of 11 pm CST Feb. 24. That's pretty good, I think for two days -- and as far as I know, I'm the only one promoting it.
